HOW IT WORKS

REACH OUT / BOOK A SESSION

Give us a call or a WhatsApp with your requirements & detailed description of the problem.

The more info we have, the better!

We will then advise which type of session would suit best:

Remote (via internet), Callout (on-site at your premises) or Drop-off (bring your device to us for assessment/repair)

WE DO THE WORK

We troubleshoot /assess /repair / upgrade / provide consulting etc

While we work on your device, we do a thorough assessment and provide you with a detailed report of our findings.

For cases that require replacement parts or extensive work we will FIRST provide costings for labour & parts.

Sometimes we will first need to order in parts for us to be able to complete the work.

COMPLETION & PAYMENT

We provide you with an invoice for the completed work.

We accept COD or bank transfers (EFT).

Payment for parts orders is required upfront and EFT only.

We do a courtesy follow-up afterwards to make sure your tech needs are all sorted 🙂
